"Every single human being is born with goodness in us. How do we AWAKEN the goodness in ourselves and each other?
We need avenues to pursue this innate desire and achieve self-actualisation."
Jacky Yap, CEO, Sri Pengkalan Binaan
Jacky’s innovation of a people-to-people sustainability model is a game-changer that awakens the good in people and inspires communities to come together to pay it forward for everyday well-being – essentially being a link for one another. At the core is an intent to enable donors and volunteers to give and beneficiaries to receive with dignity.
When I speak of paying forward, I often quote this example. Mason Wartman showed us that paying it forward could feed thousands of people in need of food. This principle can be applied further to sustainably make basic needs such as education and health available without charge.

" The United Nations Human Rights Office of the High Commissioner (OHCHR), has raised a pertinent point - that housing be treated as a right and not a commodity. It's a predicament with not so straightforward solutions but I believe the industry can come together to make a difference." - Jacky
